The Botani Residence project in Ampang aims to create a living space that blends modern aesthetics with practical functionality. The design team faced the challenge of creating a spacious, bright, and stylish home within a limited space through clever layout and material selection.

We adopted an open-concept design, seamlessly connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas to enhance the spatial flow. The color palette is primarily neutral, with wood accents and subtle pops of color, creating a warm yet stylish visual experience. Customized storage solutions and a smart home system further enhance living comfort and convenience.
